Kristin Farwell makes what’s possible in marketing practical. She is a research director in the Demand Creation Strategies practice at SiriusDecisions, working with clients to demystify the complexities of demand creation programs.
With more than 15 years of extensive b-to-b experience, Kristin is an accomplished marketer and educator, advising companies on the practices that define modern marketing. She is highly adept at making complex subjects easily understood, including demand creation, lead management, marketing technology, customer marketing and strategic campaign and program management. Kristin specializes in the operational practices that lead to a great buyer and customer experience.
Prior to SiriusDecisions, Kristin was the director of customer experience at Cintell, where she focused on improving the way organizations understand and operationalize their customer insights. She was also part of the award-winning Oracle Eloqua team, working directly with customers as a marketing best practices consultant. She was instrumental in launching the Eloqua Masters and Modern Marketing Luminary programs, which are recognized as one of the highest level of academic achievement in the marketing automation industry.
