John joined SiriusDecisions with broad experience in sales operations, sales effectiveness and sales technology. Over the past several years, he has consulted to clients ranging from small high-tech startups to Fortune 500 companies through his work at The North Highland Company, eCom and PwC, and as an independent consultant. He has also held sales operations roles at Forrester Research and IBM, including responsibility for sales territory optimization, developing and managing strategic account programs, and overseeing sales quotas for several sales organizations. John led Pfizer’s first implementation of CRM tools for its U.S, sales force and gained additional CRM experience at Epsilon, PwC and North Highland.
John enjoys helping sales organizations drive improved sales results by identifying the right mix of strategy, process, tools and people for every client. Some of his recent work has focused on helping clients develop consistent, repeatable, buyer-focused sales processes and integrating their learning into sales training and CRM tools to accelerate adoption and execution of the sales process.
