Leading the Strategic Communications Management service, Erin drives research and advisory for b-to-b communicators dedicated to aligning with the revenue engine to support organizational growth. She has deep experience helping clients navigate and implement a broad range of modern communications initiatives including optimizing the enterprise-wide content creation process, content strategy, influencer strategy, social media strategy, brand strategy, re-branding initiatives, messaging and positioning, and internal marketing enablement.
Prior to joining SiriusDecisions in 2011, Erin spent over a decade in a variety of marketing and creative strategy roles helping b-to-b organizations across a range of industries better connect their brand strategy with their business strategy. Most recently she was a producer at Silver Oven Studios, an interactive brand agency, where she was responsible for research, analysis, composition, presentation, and implementation of brand strategy projects – primarily for clients in the alternative asset management space.
Erin began her career in high-tech public relations at The Weber Group (now Weber Shandwick) during the dot-com boom and subsequent bust, responsible for the digital and communications strategies, media outreach, and strategic positioning of BestBuy.com and Lotus Notes.
Erin received an MA in English from Boston University and a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross.
