Marcia TraskMarcia is a passionate marketer with 20 years of marketing and operations experience in the technology industry.  Her areas of expertise include marketing technology, process development, strategic planning, campaign development, marketing competency development, and sales alignment/enablement. Marcia has worked across several functional marketing disciplines, as well as in business operations, program management and product release management.

Prior to joining SiriusDecisions, Marcia was director of marketing operations for Achievers, a SaaS-based employee engagement platform.  Marcia has also served as a consultant for Marketing Operations Works, a strategic consultancy that improves marketing performance by optimizing processes, systems and data. She has also held senior marketing operations roles at Juniper Networks, Adobe Systems and PeopleSoft.  In these roles, Marcia has driven large-scale marketing automation implementations, managed annual planning and budgeting, created new campaign frameworks, developed performance dashboards and partnered with sales on pipeline ownership.

Marcia received both a BS in public relations and marketing and an MBA from San Jose State University.
