The program has been crafted to provide sales attendees with best-in-class content, fantastic networking opportunities and a lot of fun. Key components include:

Program: SLE@Summit will feature triple the amount of sales-specific content than previous standalone SLE events shared. In addition to our main tent content that is applicable to b-to-b leaders across the revenue engine (sales, marketing, product), we will have three sales-specific tracks with five presentations each, including:

  • Sales strategy and operations. Topics covered include sales analytics, sales manager productivity, next-generation organizational structures, cross-sales technology and our programs of the year (POY) – an honor given to the most innovative b-to-b organizations in the disciplinary area.
  • Sales enablement. Topics covered include streamlining sales communications, first-line manager enablement strategies, sales enablement planning, enablement-specific technology and POY.
  • Channel sales. Topics covered include modeling partner profitability, supplier/partner business planning, building a channel technology blueprint and POY.

Networking: SLE@Summit brings together the top talent in b-to-b sales to share with each other best practices, challenges and requirements for future success. Formal networking opportunities include:

  • 2018 SiriusDecisions B-to-B Golf Challenge. Whether you’re a golf aficionado, a par-three king or queen, or just someone who likes to swing the sticks on occasion, you’ll get your chance to shine on Monday, May 7, at a premier Las Vegas course. A prize will be awarded to the SiriusDecisions B-to-B Golf Challenge champion, but if you’re just a beginner, don’t worry! We’ll have other great giveaways just for you.
  • Post-challenge cocktail hour. Directly after our golf challenge, kick back with your fellow sales leaders and relive – or maybe try to forget – your glorious swings of the clubs.
  • Enablement and operations networking breakfast. On Tuesday, May 8, sales enablement and sales operations leaders have an opportunity to get together for a two-hour morning session focused on making connections and learning about some of SiriusDecisions’ newest sales enablement and sales operations content.
  • Topic-related breakfasts. On the morning of Thursday, May 10, gather with peers at theme-focused tables to discuss your successes and challenges across the b-to-b sales spectrum.
