Niki Aberle serves as vice president, marketing and market strategy for Optum. She is responsible for the company’s strategic brand and marketing initiatives for the US provider care delivery market.
Aberle joined Optum in July 2016. In her role, she leads a team of marketers supporting a broad spectrum of health services products – ranging from technology, managed services and consulting – used by integrated care delivery systems, hospitals systems, physician practices and ancillary services.
Prior to joining Optum, Aberle served for 12 years in leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, spanning marketing, strategic planning, product management, business development, and performance excellence. Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at Big Four management consulting firms Arthur Andersen and KPMG, where she spent 8 years helping Fortune 50 clients improve their business outcomes.
Aberle has a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
